Loan Programs
Government Insured Loans (FHA) Purchase or Refinance: FHA purchase loans available with 0 to 3.50% down to $729,750. Home owners with or without FHA home loans may us the FHA cash out refinance loan program to consolidate their bills or take cash out of their property.
Conventional Lending Depending upon the county, Fannie/Freddie conforming loans are available up to $729,750 with a minimum 20% down payment and excellent credit in most cases. Conventional lending programs require full income and asset disclosure for loan approval. Other loan programs are also available for loan amounts greater than $729,750.
